Please who can tell me another way of germinating cucumber seeds, I planted them in the soil for more than a week now and it as not germinated. Anyone?

Seeds are probably bad and non viable.
Check the spot you planted those seeds and check for seed decay or rot. Its three things:
1. Maybe the seeds are bad and you will see tge rotten seeds in the soil.
2. Lizards or birds have uprooted the seeds from the soil.
3. Or you probably buried the seeds instead of sowing them.

Normally, It takes a cucumber seed three (3) days to sprout out.

If you still have some seeds, try a germination test.

Though, I will advise you to use Potting Soil or Cocopeat next time for sowing your seeds.
