What’s the point of this? Say how many thoughts run through your mind in one single day? I tell you, on average 70,000. That’s enough to make a book, rather, several. If just one of them could be sifted out of the murk, polished and refined, you could have a real gem on your hands daily.

So, the essence of this, is to sift out even if a small fraction, of those thoughts, and make them into something.
