We all know there was a single tax collection system during Oshiomole's tenure, headed by Tony Kabaka (CEO Akhigbe Ventures); so don't confuse us with grammar like it's a new initiative. However, we all know how tendentious it was.

The supposed SIMPLE AGENDA that lacks clear-cut implementation strategy. For example

I- Infrastructure : "we will identify" (after 4 years of brandishing the same Agenda). Just rhetorics, no strategy.
P- Public Private Partnership: Guess you didn't know MOU would be involved. Lol....
