The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 410 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 49,895. Four new deaths were recorded along with 217 recoveries. Lagos State topped the list. The 410 new cases are reported from 16 states- Lagos (210), FCT (45), Ondo (30), Plateau (21), Edo (19), Ogun (16), Oyo (13), Nasarawa (12), Bauchi (11), Enugu (10), Kwara (7), Kaduna (6), Anambra (4), Ebonyi (3), Abia (2), Rivers (1). The breakdown in the tweet of the NCDC shows that the 410 cases were from 16 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 210. The Federal Capital Territory followed with 45 cases while Ondo State had 30 Cases. 217 people recovered, which brings the recoveries up to 37,051 from 36,834. Four new deaths were recorded.
