It is like Sanwo Olu claiming Sanford refinery as a state project. The listed companies are the owners of the refinery. As a matter of fact there are 9 such modular refineries around the country even in Delta.but the govts will not claim private companies. Because it has not done anything substantial in 4years it is claiming private projects as state projects.

Stop deceiving yourself....
Sanwo cannot flag Dangote's refinery but FG can because FG did made policies that aided Dangote.... If you think the government using bulk of private sector funds to drive a project is just MOU then you are still myopic cannot think outside the box
