Our client is an interiors design and Furniture production factory based in Ajah, Lagos
We need to hire an business/admin manager with experience and self drive.


Responsibilities
Customer relations and sales via in person, email and phone
Receive and process orders
Social Media Management of company's online presence
Oversee day‐to‐day Office Admin operations including Non-Operations area of the factory activities.
Take Responsibility for ensuring compliance with health and safety, licensing laws and other tax and compliance regulations;
Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective filing and administration system;
Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company and produce management accounts as
necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company
Produce regular reports of income and expenditure to assist managers in the budget monitoring process

Skills
Digital Savvy; with social media channels and tools
Proven experience as a Business/Admin or office manger
Knowledge of Accounting Software for managing income and expenses
Proficient with computers
Outstanding communication ability
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Attention to detail
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: NGN 100,000 Monthly
