Ebonyi State Governor David Umahi on Wednesday said he will make no fewer than sixty thousand Ebonyians, millionaires through his empowerment program before the end of his administration come 2023.

Umahi made this known through the Commissioner for Human Capital Development and Monitoring, Mrs Ann Aligwe while celebrating World Humanitarian day in Abakaliki.
According to Aligwe, the beneficiaries will be selected from the 13 local government Area of the state.
“Our Governor Engr. David Umahi targets to make 60,000 Ebonyians millionaires through our state empowerment Program.”

An admistration which have made their pensioners an object of mockery, by not paying them their gratuaty. cutting her worker salaries yet, no promotions to show that she value civil servants cannot make head way in empowerment not to talk of making 60 thousand persons millionare. How it is going to happen. Many business men and women have relocated to another state due to high taxation and regulations not favouring business and human empowerment, in fact ebonyi state have been sold on the so called governor.

God come to the rescue of Ebonyi workers. Do you know that level 14 civil servants in Ebonyi receives less than 50k a month. This man is more than stupid. Flyover Governor.

How about he raises 24/7 pipe borne water provision level in the entire state to 100%?
Something as basic as that.

By the way, has he raised enrolment in government primary, secondary and vocational schools to 100% of all children?

If he is not focused on the foundation, what does that make him? A wise man or a complete, total fool of a failure
