Corel VideoStudio 2018. That's what I use.. Simple interface

The ones I know are professional Video editing softwares which will require you mastering the software or having the skill.

Adobe premiere
Adobe after effects
Filmora
Corel studio
They require PC

I don't know any phone app, but I think tiktok is also for editing videos.
