Since the news of Nicki Minaj FOLLOWING the popular Zimbabwean Islamic Cleric, Mufti Menk on Twitter broke out few days ago, there's been lots of reactions from Internet users, both Muslims and Non Muslims.

Reacting to the development, Mufti Menk said he absolutely sees no big deal in that. While it seems people are just getting to know now, Mufti stated that Nicki Minaj had started following him since August last year but he didn't have to make noise about it. Speaking on if Nicki Minaj had approached him with any spiritual talks or matters, Mufti Menk said even if she does, as a religious cleric, it would be unprofessional of him to share with the public whatever he discussed with not just Nicky Minaj but Anybody. According to Mufti, Not everyone who follows you on social media actually agrees with whatever you may be doing. Mufti also added that for whatever reason she's following him, he hopes it is a good one.
