Have you been getting angry too late lately? Or suddenly gets too much crying? Or the occasional fear and sigh of relief? All of this is the effect of mood swings. The time is not standard now, but the feelings that are happening at this time are normal. We are all going through more or fewer emotions or feelings.

Our daily routine has suddenly changed. We stopped. And no one has the time to adapt or prepare for this life.
