The Greatest Scam artist of our time:

You may say well, it’s no news.. But seeing this same artist play this game over and over again after privatization, re-privatization , makes one see say damn!! They are good.

Ok imagine my pain. Our area transformer cable burn ooo... For Nepa/Phcn to come repair transformer, these guys said we should pay more than N100,000. Just imagine, as if we don’t pay light bill.

Ok u use your money to connect light in your house. Just for defaulting payment these guys will come, cut your wires and go with it.. After making payment, you will still pay reconnection fee.. Hmm just writing this.. I realize I have no case on this one.. hahah

Now let’s go to estimated Billings and the fact that you will have light 5 times a month and Nepa /Phcn will still give u estimated Billings of more than 7k .. And back to the previous paragraph, they will still come and cut your light and carry away your wire .. I dey vex..

We are being Scammed everywhere in this country.. Nepa/Phcn, The Federal Government, State Government, Local Government, community chairman , Street chairman.. Local shop owners, even ur guys are all scammers ..
