The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 321 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 52,548. Two new deaths were recorded along with 312 recoveries. Lagos State topped the list.

The 321 new cases are reported from 24 states- Lagos (98), FCT (34), Kaduna (30), Nasarawa (25), Benue (21), Plateau (17), Rivers (15), Adamawa (11), Ogun (11), Enugu (9), Edo (, Delta (7), Ekiti (7), Gombe (5), Ebonyi (4), Bayelsa (3), Kano (3), Ondo (3), Cross River (2), Imo (2), Kebbi (2), Niger (2), Abia (1), Bauchi (1).

The breakdown in the tweet of the NCDC shows that the 321 cases were from 24 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 98. The Federal Capital Territory followed with 34 cases while Kaduna State had 30 Cases. 312 people recovered, which brings the recoveries up to 39,257 from 38,945. Two new deaths were recorded.
