Fruits have got lots of nutritional benefits for everyone. So if you don’t take fruits at least twice every week, you are missing out on so much and giving your body some reasons not to stay healthy. And in picking your choice of fruits to take, you have to pick the best that why we’ve come up with some healthy fruits you can eat every day that’ll help keep the doctor kinda far from you.

A survey was taken on some Nigerian students and we found out that most of them just eat food and neglect fruits most of the time. Which is really bad. Fruits have got lots of nutrients in store that will keep you going. Let’s look at the best 20.

1. Pineapples
Pineapples is a very sweet fruit which contains lots of nutrients like Vit C and Manganese. It also contains bromelain Which helps in the digestion of protein. Research and studies have shown that bromelain also helps protect against cancer and tumors growth.

2. Mangoes
Known for its different varieties and sweetness, mangoes are filled with vit C, beta-carotene, potassium and soluble fiber, which can provide some health benefits and also reduce the risk of diseases.

3. Avocado
Avocado is low in carbs and provides healthy fats. It is also leaded with potassium, fiber and magnesium which is a key mineral for proper neurological and muscular function.

4. Grapefruit
From the citrus family and one of the healthiest amongst them, grape is a good source of vitamins and minerals. Also known for its ability to aid weight loss. Eating grapefruit can reduce cholesterol levels and prevent kidney stones.

5. Apples
Apples are very popular and nutritious. They come in different varieties, sizes and colours with different taste. With nutrients ranging from vit C,K & B, potassium, apples also contain pectin which helps your body’s good bacteria and improve digestion.
