[b][b]What is really a job? it is a piece of work, especially a specific task done as part of the routine of one's occupation. It is a regular work you do to earn money either employer or employee. I am so sure that this is not a new phenomenon because it is part of our lives.

So, don't wait for any employer to develop you. it is your responsibility to develop yourself and dominate your field. It is your responsibility to master if possible all the different ways of doing your task. It is YOURSELF you are building to seize the opportunity that will definitely be presented to you in the future.
