This is getting old. I am sure you did not read that post.

While I am not a fan of NIgerian politicians, and Buhari has made northerners (northern Moslims) horrible in the sight of many other NIgerians, critism is not witch-hunting. When critism turns to witch-hunting, then the critic is losing it.

In the end, it's all about producing a finer human being. He is talking in comparison with other countries in terms of the impact of CoViD-19. An average economy in Europe receded by -12%.

On the flip side, there are countries with little or no CoViD-19 impacts. We cannot continue to glory in ineptitude (referring to the Senate President now).

NBC should first tell us all the assumptions made before churning out all these information.

Don't expect any politician to come out and say the true nature of the country.

Until the needful is done, there won't be any redemption.

The cycle continues........

SouthNigerian:
When we told them Saraki is the man fit enough to tackle this terrorist of a Government, they said we backing a thief.

Now, who's the thief? Saraki or Lawan?
.
Nigerians are too easy to manipulate jere.

They said that cooperation instead of confrontation was the key to economic and national development.

Almost two years later where are the benefits. Everything index of living in Nigeria is much worse than in 2019. Negative news coming out of goverment seems to be the order of the day.

We just donot seem to realise the fact that there is no functional democracy in the world where people 'COOPERATE' with goverment and what I mean by the Nigeria cooperation is to sit quietly like obedient kindergaten children and gobble up whatever nonsense goverment dishes out.

The hallmark of democracy is the balance of powers between the governed and the governors such that no one is taken for a ride because power corrupts and democracy recignize sthe fact that no man or no set of men are incorruptible on earth.

Even the great, selfless statesmen like Nehru Ghandi and Nelson Mandela operated in properly functional democracies and were often opposed through vigorius debates. Didn't stop them from delivering real and historical dividends to their people.

Do we have a good data base as a nation? How many Nigerian citizens are captured in the nation's data base? What is the basis for the present Nigerian population? When last was national census carried out? How many children were born in this country as at yesterday? How many people are unemployed in Nigeria? How many businesses closed down during this pandemic? Do we have the data? How many years will it take us to capture 50% of our national identity? Some African nations have the information! Is this what you see in the systems of the nations that we are copying? These are what great nations plan and work with! Who and where are we learning from? Who are we comparing ourselves with that make us to think that we are not doing badly? If we are not doing badly why are things the way they are? The greatest deception is self-deceit! What are the yardsticks we are using? What does Nigerian government know about you? Do you understand that a policeman should be able to pull you over and run a background checks on you? Do we have a central data system as a nation? What is there to Imagine? What do you know and understand about how data works? Ehinmowo answer?
