Bank of Kigali has appointed former executive of Paystack, Obinna Ukwuani as the Chief Digital Officer.
Ukwuani is replacing Regis Rugemanshuro who was appointed to head Rwanda Social Security Board in February this year.

The position among other things involves leading the Digital Factory division for product innovation and development in digital banking. Obinna commenced work in June.

The division is responsible for innovation such as Ikofi, a digital wallet that offers financial services with a focus on Rwandan farmers, agro-dealers, Agri-businesses and other players in the agricultural ecosystem

Obinna bring to the bank experience from entrepreneurial ventures in software, agricultural processing, and education among others.

Prior to joining Bank of Kigali, Obinna worked with Paystack, a tech startup involved in facilitating payment.

It has become apparent that Igbos have largely abandoned the bastardized and sinking ship of Nigeria and are now providing their services in sane climes.

Since 1970 when Yorubas and Hausas teamed up to upstage us in Nigeria, and entrenched mediocrity, that was when the country went to the dogs and became a laughing stock in the global community.

kigali is a force to be reckoned.

Just imagine Kigali that was like Enugu, P.H. or other average Nigerian towns back in 1994 when they had the genocide but today it now looks like Dubai. However, on the contrary, all the Nigerian towns have stagnated and are nothing to write home about.

Oga, the only awesome and modern place in Rwanda is their capital Kigali. Other towns and countys are in terrible sorry states. They don't even have good connecting roads. I stayed 6months in Rwanda

Ngeria's greatest natural resource (both mineral, non mineral and beer resource) is the Igbos.
God gave the Igbos to the Nigerians for them to compete internationally but the Children of hate from a particular region have corrupted the mind of those at the helm of affairs in Nigeria that the gift God gave to them are being used and cherished by other countries.
I have nothing else to say but Igbo AMAKA!
