Who told you? Witchcraft and Juju is a Criminal Offence (misdemeanor) in Nigeria. Punishable under section 210 of the Criminal Code Act of 1990 by a jail term of about 2years or so. His claim is valid in court...to some extent. All he needs is a sound lawyer
