Telegram Officially Released the Long awaited Video Calling feature on August 14th 2020 to mark its 7th Year Anniversary.
To have the video call feature you also need to update your Telegram app to version 7+

The company also promised it would bring the group video calling soon.
So, is it better than WhatsApp Video Calling?
For starters and security experts, it has End to End Encryption for the video call which is a big plus security wise.
Picture in Picture mode makes it fun you can do other things in yourphone while looking at the screen (front camera)
And it is poor network friendly (Glo users rejoice... �)
in my opinion having used it for about three days with poor network, it has a way of holding on to the call without reconnecting like whatsapp always even in voice call.

Hahaha, I don't see it as clusters ọ. I use over 130 user apps it's tiring to scrolling apps at all times.
