We all are aware about the current scenario caused due to the coronavirus outbreak. The whole world is affected by this deadly virus and most of the countries across the globe are under lockdown. People are strictly advised to stay at home and are allowed to go out in emergency situations only. So, how to stay fit and healthy at home? It is a big question and many people have this question in their mind. With not much movement and having the same diet, it can be harmful for your health and fitness. Well, to address this question and to provide you some tips, we are here with this informative and helpful article that will help you in staying healthy at home during this pandemic. Keep your Home Clean
