I think Lagos should be exempted from this curfew. Of recent, you can't just predict how long a journey will take. Imagine I left Ikorodu 6.05 pm on 22/08/2020 going to Akute. I got to Ikeja secretariat by 12.40 am due to the road repairs around mile 12. Of course I was harassed by policemen till I got to Akute around 2:10 am.

The journey will not normally take me more than 2hrs, max 3 hrs !!!

Not necessarily true. Depending on the area, many otherwise responsible citizens still move, work and even conduct business all tru the night

I traveled from Enugu to Lagos during the lockdown and we were bribing the uniformed personnel every inch of the travel.

I doubt that our international borders are truly closed
