A Friend of mine served at imo state. He got a call last week from NYSC in the State to come and collect local government commendation letter. He asked me if it's worth traveling from Lagos to IMO for. He also asked me if cash price comes with it. in my own opinion, I told him to just go and collect it, whatever it is. Please, can anyone tell me more about this commendation letter? (He did a lot where he served). |
