The Federal Government of Nigeria has finally ordered the reopening of schools and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camps across the country. The National Coordinator of the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, Dr Sani Aliyu, gave the details on Thursday during a briefing at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, said the task force recommends phased return of students. He said all schools should begin the process of working towards potentially reopening, and urge the state coordinators to conduct a risk assessment to ensure all schools are prepared to follow all safety protocols.
