Good afternoon good people. I just need your advise on this issue that centers on my career. I have about 5 years working as a customer service expert in a bank's Contact center on contract basis. I have someone who wants to help me get a job in one of the latest digital banks as a full staff. However the pay is about 20k lesser than what I currently earn. The only way I can earn more for now is to apply for a Supervisory role. The issue is this, I have never been in a supervisory role all through my 5 year experience although I have at some points acted like one. I'm thinking of taking any management exam maybe that will kind of be a plus and help me to be considered for a supervisory role. I don't know which management certification I can take which I why I need your advice/counsel.
