Store Account/Reconciliation Inventory Officer

Location: Wuse and Maitama, FCT

Job description
Maintaining accurate stock records using inventory management software in concert with physical count
Monitor Inventory levels and raise request for restocking on low inventory or alarm on surplus inventory
Stakeholders management and effective communication with in and across teams
Oversee reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system using the ERP software
Carry out quality assessment on store items and make recommendations where necessary
To create and maintain spread sheets to report and analyze data also to prepare inventory reports (including periodic ageing analysis) for the store every end of month.
Keeping track of reorder levels and ensuring timely reporting when the need arises
Reporting any theft, damage or issues around available inventory by way of incidence report
Other assignments as communicated by Supervisor

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in similar role
Previous experience in store management will be an added advantage

Essential Skills and Abilities
Ability to demonstrate collaborative work style, strong leadership skills and should have the ability to take proper decision and action whenever any difficult situation arises.
He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good analytical and organizational skills are an advantage.
Ability to learn quickly every detail related to inventory business.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools like MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Possess a methodical approach to work and have strong attention to detail.


Salary
Gross salary range N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
