On the 1st of September, Nigerians all over the country witnessed a new tarrif increase in electricity supply ranging from 40 per cent to more than 100 per cent. The masses have not happy about the increment but how has the increment affected the services in your area since then?

For me (Kaduna), before the increment, we do have roughly 16hrs power supply daily in my area but since the increment on the 1st of September, we have not had light out for even a minute. What's the situation in your area?

Same 5 hours daily. 3 hrs at noon and 2 mid night. even though we still dey wait for NEPA bill for the month of September.

Here in Enugu 18hours daily light is guaranteed.

We might not have light for a week...


At a point, u will think there is a fault somewhere but boom, u will see light for a day... And that's it for that week
