Below are the three things Nigeria can gain from watching the Big Brother Naija Reality TV Show.

Leadership: It is easy to observe that the eventual winners of the show are more tolerant, friendly and understanding. These are the qualities of a true leader.

Viewer’s Vote Is Paramount: Viewers vote to decide who stays in the house and who will ultimately win the prize. The eviction of housemates, as well as the emergence of the final winner, is always a true reflection of how the viewers voted.

Equality And Respect For Human Rights: No housemate is favoured than the other, including the Head of House. Housemate are not allowed to abuse one another. Everyone gets equal reward or punishment from Big Brother.
