Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to monitor the finances of our growing company. On a daily basis, you will record all financial transactions, including cash payments, into the correct general ledger in Quickbooks and verify that they are accurate. You will also be responsible for maintaining all financial records, processing payroll, and generating regular reports for upper management. Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least three years and has experience using Accounting software

Job Responsibilities

Record all cash and bank account payable and receivable transactions in Quickbooks
Ensure that transactions are input into the correct ledger
Review financial transactions for accuracy
Report any discrepancies to the Accounting Co-ordinator

Requirements and Qualifications

HND or Bachelors in Accounting or related field of discipline
3+ years bookkeeping experience
Experienced in Accounting software. Experience in Quickbooks will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
