I don't think Necksford Nigeria Limited is a scam. It's that wicked person who used that company's name to be deceiving and scamming people. If you run it through Google, you'd see that the company has only one office in Abuja, and there's no such activity as recharge PIN business. Let's all always stay at alert. People are wicked
