About 8 APC councillors in Owerri Municipal Council were, yesterday, manhandled by aides of the Interim Management Committee Chairman of Owerri Municipal, Chief Ambrose Nkwodimmah at the council headquarters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZqZlsxDYcE The cause of the brawl was the issue of sharing of fertilizer brought by the chairman.
