Hello Colleague,

Timothy Here Again,

Activity is a necessity of existence and usefulness is the object of being. Nature cuts off that which has become useless. That is, nature does not permit idleness, nature does not allow her handy tools to lie unused.

Furthermore, nature in all her departments whether mental or material stands ready to cooperate with you in all your labour and to reward you according to your diligence and growth on your work.

All humans in this life have the choice of working in 2 ways. It is either

1. Loving Labour
2. Forceful Slavery

If your sole objective is to get through your work in order to earn a salary, but you don't actually love your work, no interest to grow and master your quality of service delivery then you are a forceful slave, not a worker. You labour only under compulsion of necessity and survival. Your entire focus is 'getting' instead of 'giving'.

To buttress further, you give your services per-functionally because you don't want to go the extra mile to develop yourself. At the end of the day, you will receive your salary with eagerness and you will give less labor and hope to get a salary increase. "less work than more pay is the cry of slaves, not a real man"

I hope THIS IS NOT YOU...

On the other hand, as a man of labor, you are centered in your work. You aim at a perfect performance. That is, you give your best quality and quantity of service. You do everything in your capacity to understand and simplify your work.

Furthermore, it is not that you don't need the salary, but think less of it and focus on the work and caring less of the gain and reward but eager and willing in service delivery. This goes further, affirming what Emerson says that "if you serve an ungrateful master, serve him the more. Put God in your debt. Every stroke shall be repaid. The longer the payment is withholding, the better for you..."

I hope this is you...
