Round tripping things. This will attractive as long as there is a huge disparity between the official exchange window and the parallel market.

These people profit at the expense of our external reserves and law abiding Nigerians in general. They withdraw dollars with their naira MasterCard/visa debit cards, bring back the cash to sell in the parallel (black) market. Pure wickedness and economic sabotage against their own country. There should be a severe punishment for such acts.

TechCapon:
All these guys need are just a few banking information and personal details and they will clone your atm card, wear nose mask and withdraw your money from the atm. Online scams have become so advanced and sophisticated.
If you are the type of person who stores bank details on your phone delete it from your phone right now. If you're the type of person who withdraw from the atm and drop the receipt on the floor, stop it right now. I've seen things with my own eyes. Bankers and ex-bankers are the ones teaching them and they have insiders working with them. The guy who hacked Access bank did a pretty good job and the only reason why they denied it is because they don't want to create panic among customers.
These are the guys that made Dubai hates Nigerians with passion.

If you think this is a hack job, then you really dunno much grin

The cards are for round tripping. Naira will be loaded on the ATMs, then they will go to dubai, withdraw the money in AED at a cheap bank rate and then change to $

They then either wire the $ to the Dom account, smuggle it, or convert to btc. If $ is offered on atm cards at the official 440, Aboki rate may be 460

They then bring it back to Nigeria and then sell at Aboki rate with a difference of up to 40 naira sometimes which amounts to millions in profit, rinse and repeat wink

Wise up and stop talking tech jargons wink

This is another evidence to prove that the government is not the only problem of the country. Some people wicked past politicians.

If some people have the opportunity like Tinubu in Lagos. They will loot Lagos dry
