I condamed in totality the action of the civil defend man but let me say it clearly. am from ikot ekpene and I pass through this particular spot more than three time a month to my place

more people will die if precaution is not taken
am saying this because, youth turn the situation of the road to money making venture that u can plead for 30min and they will resist.
