This present govt is the most insecured govt. They are so afraid of criticism like a fuelling station is afraid of fire. They expect Nigerians to eat poo when they are served without complaining. The difference BTW this go t and the military administration is that this govt are being brutal in babariga

comos:
The Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, on Friday justified the arrest of only suspects of Yoruba extraction over the recent clash in Ile-Ife, Osun State, which resulted in the death of about 46 persons. He said crime neither has tribe nor identity.

Idris spoke with State House correspondents shortly after briefing President Muhammadu Buhari of security situations in parts of the country inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The police had been in the eye of the storm for arresting and parading 20 Yoruba persons, including a monarch, over the clash while not a single Hausa/Fulani person was detained.

The pan-Yoruba group, Afenifere; and the Oodua Peoples Congress are among groups and individuals that have been criticising the police over the development.

Idris however said the police would not hesitate to apply the law once criminal cases are established against individuals, irrespective of their tribe.

He said, “You know we are police officers. Crime has no tribe. If you are a criminal, you are a criminal.

“Crime has no face. We don’t look at crime in the identity of where you are coming from.

“As far as you are a criminal and the police find you wanting, we apply the law.”

He said investigation had revealed that the crisis started with a disagreement between two people selling food along the road.

It is only a fool that would compare past administrations with this satanic govt in power.

This govt is nothing to compare with, take it or leave it,this govt runs on autopilot, no one is steering it,the man who should is busy looking for lands to acquire for his kins-men. Killing at will and destroying Nigeria.

OBJ was a better President compared to this thing,Yar ardua was and Jonathan was even kinder to Nigerians more any president living or dead.
So,Presidency should just bury their heads shame.

Confused mofos.. OBJ is very right.. Buhari is very divisive and tribalistic as shown in his lopsided appointments and unguarded utterances.. He set the record of tribalism in the country so the clueless presidency should stop saying trash

Barawo Bubu is definitely not afraid of Obasanjo.
Did Abacha, who is junior to Barawo Bubu not lock up Obasanjo?
Clearly, Barawo Bubu has nothing substantial against Obasanjo, otherwise he would be locked up like Dasuki.

Obsanjo might be many things but one thing I can vouch for Obsanjo is that, he was never a tribalist. At least, during his reign, there was a sense of ethic harmony.
We've always had this secessionist organization like MASSOB, OPC. But they were never that active because Obsanjo to some large extent gave many ethic group a sense of belonging. They had a share of 'the national cake' even though we can argue it wasn't the masses that actually benefitted from largesse but their respective elites. During his time, PDP ensured, the three Armed Zones were balanced equally among the major enthic groups. Even Yaradua, understood the importance of maintaining enthic harmony to foster national unity when he successfully brokered peace in the Niger Delta, If he were still alive, I doubt IPOB would have gain more prominence because he would have found a way to broker peace, he was truly a peacemaker and might have been considered for the Nobel Peace Prize. I can't say the same for Buhari, unfortunately History would see a president who promoted nepotism and enthic favoritism to new heights thereby threatening the fragile enthic harmony we've managed to build over the years after the Civil War. Sadly, The '5% percent' remark he made will be played for generations to come to understand how nepostic he was.
