There are many things that can trigger or cause Acne Breakouts. 1. Hormones can trigger excess oil production which cause skin cells to become sticky, leading to clogged pores and break out. 2. Hairstyle products that touch your skin can contribute to Acne. 3. Facial hair removal can also lead to breakouts. 4. Using too many skin products can aggravates your skin, causing Acne. (This is for those that are impatient when using skin products.) 5. Not removing your make up before going to bed. (This is common because most people are always tired after getting back from work and just go to bed straight. Please endeavor to remove your makeup every night.) 6. A diet high in processed food may lead to Acne. 7. Stress also increase your risk for Acne. (..but can we ever be stress free in Nigeria.) 8. Cell phones can transfer Acne causing bacteria to your face. 9. Oily skin is a culprit for Acne breakouts. 10. Heavy sunscreen may promote Acne breakouts. (Always look for oil-free sunscreen.)
