The numbers are reduced due to the fact that they only had few tests ..numbers are higher on weekdays and Sundays (weekend) is always low, so far that's what I've been able to discover about the Nigeria's Covid19 cheesy

Let's be guided ...the curve hasn't been flattened yet, people are just not going for testing. We are likely the least tested country in the world per population.

The number of cases are extremely low now, I think in less than two weeks things will go back to normal.
