A mother of two, Kate Cunningham who got married to a tree has celebrated her one year marriage anniversary with two friends in attendance in England.

Recall, Kate ‘tied the knot’ with a tree called elder Rimrose Valley Country Park in Sefton, Merseyside in September 2019



The 38-year-old Kate, a mother of two kids, said, getting married to Elder(the tree) was the best decision she has ever made in her life, though it caused some little embarrassment for my 15-year-old son, but he’s now seeing the bigger picture and understands why i made the decision, she said

“Trees should come first before alternative things as a result they keep humans beings alive.



“Elder has made me feel a lot of assured concerning myself.



I don’t care about whatsoever anybody would say about me because it’s my decision.

“All I will say is that, getting married to the tree has given me a brand-new purpose in life.
