CHILDREN FROM THE SLIVER CITY (a sequel to never play god)
WRITTEN BY: OLUSEGUN AYOMIDE SHEDRACH
FROM: THE PRIME INSANE UNIVERSE

INTRODUCTION
The cathedral’s pendulum hit hard to the ground, destroying the whole pillar. The moonless night which coupled with thunder storm that shook the entire foundation of earth.
Tough winds also joined in sending fright into every household, threatening to pull off the roofs of rigid houses, doing justice to weak ones, pulling them off the entire foundation, sending bricks high into the sky, and effortlessly uprooting trees.
An aged Priest walked through the walk space in the cathedral, holding tight to his white robe, which was girded around the waist with yellow piece, he took cautious steps towards the alter, constantly waving his rosary to the air.
“Father”a younger man called out, from the entrance of the cathedral, holding an oil lamp on his hands.
“Brother Cyprus”the priest said calmly as he turned around to face the young ruddy boy and continued “It is finally happening, I will like to say a few words to our father in heaven, go sleep, lay your head and prepare for tomorrow, the storm will pass”
The boy bowed his head, and turned around to take his leave.
The Priest walked closer to the alter and carefully went on his knees before the first step of it and sighed, like someone who was in frustration.
“Heavenly father, may thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, for long have I waited for this day and now that it is happened, please make this cup pass over me, send me your chosen vessel, unto whom I shall pass this things unto, the signs you’ve shown me, are warning of evil you O God have casted out of the silver city, do not make the coming generation suffer a curse they don’t know about, send them helper” the Priest said and laid his head down in sympathy.

CHAPTER ONE
Emmanuel curled himself up by the edge of his bed, murmuring some inaudible words, ever since he had joined the Church’s orphanage home, every one had thought of him to be some kind of odd human, probably with mental illness, since he always kept to himself and did things which were weird and sometimes impossible to do.
The only person who saw him as special was Father Matthias who was already dead two days ago and laid to rest, now he was all by himself, only to Father Matthias had he felt free and always ready to express his supernatural being.
“do not disclose your powers to anyone”
He began to repeat these words Father Matthias had always told him almost every minute of the day. A real trauma it was for him to see him gone.
“Emmanuel”a voice called to him, immediately the door came open “You now have a family willing to take you in, hope you don’t drive them crazy with the weird things you see and do, and it will be a relief to see you leave”the feminine voice said and banged the door shut.
Emmanuel stood up to his feet, at age 15 he looked firm and rigid, his body already perfect chiselled, a body everyone would wish for but for his weirdness.

The Wura Family consisted of the parents, two siblings and the newly adopted child, Emmanuel. Like father Matthias, Mr. Wura had always tried to pay attention to the complaint of his children, even after his busy office work, he still found the time to involve in some father to children therapy.
Reason why he was adopted was still strange to Emmanuel, the family had what they could ever want, a complete family, a boy and girl child, a solidly laid family with the perfect bond.
“Good morning Sir” Jonathan greeted, bowing his head lowly before Mr. Wura who already prepared for the day’s job.
“Son, always early as usual” Mr. Wura said and took a quick glimpse at the wall clock which hanged above the television set and read 6:12am
“Sleepless night as usual” Emmanuel replied calmly, watching keenly as his father knotted his tie perfectly and swiftly.
“About that, we both have a therapy session with the family therapist, it is a family thing we take seriously, I will be back earlier today to meet up with the session, every other thing can wait”Mr Wura said and hugged Emmanuel tightly, grabbed his briefcase and walked out.
Emmanuel sighed, feeling comforted by the quick hug, made him remember Father Matthias.

Josiah changed into his jersey, his name customized on it with a number four, quickly he bent down to lace his boots, after he was done, he made his way into the stadium which was located right at the centre of the large extensive school.
“What kept you long?” a team mate asked as Josiah took his position distance away from the keeper.
“Nothing much, I and Emmanuel actually had some stuffs to do”Josiah replied
“You quiet brother, you never told us you had a brother, all of a sudden comes out of the blue”
“Not your business, who is drilling us today?”
“I heard it will be the Coach from the school branch at Agboju, Mr. Iloro” the other boy replied and adjusted his shorts
“I have heard tales of that man, and its not so friendly, we have to up our game to impress him, or not just to get on his nerves”Josiah replied and squinted his eyes as the supposed coach made his way into the stadium, with two leather balls on him.

Emmanuel walked in last after their mother, the trip to the family therapist had not been a lovely one, earlier in the car, Josiah had complained about the therapist being annoying and invading into private matters that never should concern her, all in the name of finding your inner self.
They all took their seat on the long cushion chair that accommodated them conveniently, Ella sitting by the right edge, her fluffy gown she had spread around to dictate a silent message that she needed enough space. Emmanuel sat next to her, maintaining the space, while Mr. Wura sat next to Emmanuel followed by his wife and lastly Josiah.
A short lady walked in on them, with a broad smile on her face, Emmanuel could see reason why the children had found it annoying to attend the session with her, her look told it all.
“Good morning children, shall we begin the session” Mrs Alaso asked with a broad grin on her face.
“Yes” Mr. Wura started “We finally added to our family, Emmanuel here, but he seems to be the quiet type, and does not feel the need to talk even when it matters most, like he is a ghost of himself”he said with a brief sigh.
“Emmanuel, sometimes we feel keeping to ourselves is the best, but no, what happens within is it eats us up silently and slowly, you have to let the burden go off you, the only true place you could find warmth is within the family”Mrs Alaso said, trying to pass her message as explicit as she could make it
“Tell me Emmanuel, do you feel the constant need to tell them things but you sense a trail of betrayal in them?” she asked and waited for him to give his response
Emmanuel looked her in the eye and nodded his head in approval
“Do you also feel atimes, they cant provide solution to what ever it is that bothers you?”
Emmanuel nodded his head again in response and bowed his head, he could feel all eyes on him.
“Mr. Wura, you have a lot of work to do here”
AFTER THE SESSION
While stuck in traffic, Emmanuel placed his hands on the glass of the car and sighed
“I constantly having these dreams”
Mr. Wura turned around from the driver’s seat to face Emmanuel, for the first time, he was saying out of self will.
“What kind of dream?” Mrs Wura asked, hoping to continue the conversation and hopefully it was something meaningful.
“I keep seeing myself in what I would describe as the Silver City, a place of wonders”
“Well I once used to dream of myself being the princess of the whole world and everyone bringing pop sticks to me” Ella said sarcastically
“Can you do this in your dreams” Emmanuel said and turned his eyes red.
Ella let out a loud scream and immediately passed out, Josiah on the other hand, got held with fear and scrambled away from Emmanuel.
The parents were not let out also, the sight had send chills down their spines.
“What did you just do?”Mrs. Wura asked in fright
“I opened up about what I truly am” Emmanuel replied and alighted the car “I will be home waiting for you all”he said and shut the door.

CHILDREN FROM THE SILVER CITY
CHAPTER TWO
Emmanuel walked out of the school’s cafeteria and with his food box, he headed back to his classroom, his two weeks of resumption, he had being known through out the whole school, to be someone who kept to himself, talked a while only when Josiah was with him.
“Hey” he heard the voice called to him, as he entered into the classroom.
Emmanuel turned around and saw the group of five boys walking up to him, with mean looks on their faces, the boy in the middle smiled and cracked his knuckles and focused his gaze on the food box with Emmanuel.
“What do you have there?”the boy asked and moved his broad shoulders around, and began to approach Emmanuel with mean looks and banged his right fist on the desk beside him, while the other four let out a loud laughter that irritated Emmanuel.
The boy grabbed the food box from Emmanuel and quickly opened the lid and smiled, showed the content to his mates.
“This is for the gods of the land, as you know that it is tradition in this school, you have to pay your dues in one way or the other”
“Please, just return that back, I don’t want trouble with any of you please”Emmanuel pleaded and tried reaching for the box.
The leader smirked and pushed Emmanuel hard on the chest, the force sending him to the ground. Brewing with rage, Emmanuel held the metal legs of the desk beside him and effortlessly pressed it together, like it was paper.
Loosing control of his temper, he grinned and at that moment he could feel strange forces within him, his increased strength.
“Return the box back to him, that is my brother dude” Josiah’s voice came behind them, which immediately dropped down the tension already growing all around.
“Jossy, we really didn’t mean it, just seeing if he is as tough as you are” the leader said and gently laid the box on the table and walked passed Josiah, with his hands raised in the air.
Josiah walked closer to Emmanuel and stretched is right hand to him so he could support himself with it to get up.
“You did that” Josiah said and pointed to the squeezed metal.
“They got on my nerves”
“Next time, don’t hesistate” Josiah said and tapped his brother on the shoulder “I came to get my water bottle, training still commence, and I am with talk with the coach to add you to the team”Josiah said walking towards his seat.
“I don’t think I really need that”Emmanuel replied lowly
“Well, you don’t have an option”

Mr. Wura greeted the Nun that walked in into the office he was seated in, after exchanging pleasantries, the nun made herself comfortable on the office leather chair and adjusted the files on her table, after she was done, she briefly touched the rosary around her neck and coughed slightly.
“Is the child giving you any problem?” she asked with a bright smile.
“NO, far from that, I only want to know about his past, if he has any”Mr. Wura replied, returning the gesture.
“Well, we don’t know anything of his past, it was Father Matthias who brought him in, after the storm that happened 13 years ago, he found him homeless and took him in”
Mr. Wura nodded his head, grasping every details that were passed to him.
“Did Father Matthias talk about him being different?”
“That boy”the Nun said and let out a short laughter, and continued “I have never seen him speak with anyone, except Father Matthias, he behaves in strange ways, I wont deny the fact that he is gifted by God, he sees things that are yet to occur, only Father Matthias could speak to him”
Mr. Wura locked his palms together and sighed loudly, and slowly stood up
“Mother, I am so grateful for letting me adopt that child, I brought donations to the children, hope it goes a long way”
“Thank you Mr. Wura, your kind gesture has been the reason God has been so faithful to your household entirely, but I still wonder why you decided to adopt a child, even after having a complete family”
“It’s a duty I was assigned to by the Lord and I hope to continue in it faithfully” he said and walked out of the office.

Josiah hastily pulled Emmanuel into his room and locked it, pulled off his shirt and threw his bag hard to the ground.
“Come on, show me what you can do, your powers I mean, not everyone gets to have a super brother” Josiah said with total audacity.
“I don’t know how to control these things, only the red flashing eyes” Emmanuel replied looking blankly at Josiah.
“What about this” Josiah said and suddenly smacked Emmanuel on the face. “ARRGHHH” he muffled in pain as it felt like he had smacked his entire body against a rock.
“Hey, are you hurt?, you should warn me next time before doing that, so I can somehow reduce the protective shield around me”Emmanuel said.
“Alright so you are super strong, I was wonder, can you drown?”
“I don’t know”
“Well there is only one way to find out”

A bird suddenly fell on the bonnet of a car and immediately turned into a naked lady, she groaned as she felt sharp pains around her arms. The strange occurrence startled the driver, he only opened his mouth wide agape, glued with fears.
“ARZTAK MI NAM TAHUM”the girl said, still laying on the bonnet, her eyes almost lost in the socket.
She snarled at the irritating look of the driver and slide down the bonnet, walked towards the driver’s door and effortless ripped off the door.
“Arztak mi nam tahum” she said again.
“I don’t know what you mean, lady, do you need a hospital?”
“Where do I find Arztak?”
“Who the heck is Arztak or whatever is it, you are strange” the driver said and alighted, taking rapid paces backward and suddenly took to his feet.
“I will find you Arztak and finally we shall become reunited, everyone in the Silver City, will witness my loyalty to you, especially you foolish mother who banished me to exile, ten years ago, the only way to punish a witch, is to love her child”the lady said and entered into the car, ignited the engine and drove off.

CHILDREN FROM THE SILVER CITY
ISSUE THREE
Emmanuel noticed the girlish materials on the desk next to him, a pink colored bag, broken mirror and wet lips, he was the only person occupying the entire last row of the class. His desk located by the wall, and the three others side by side him.
He laid his bag on the tiled floor and heaved a sigh of relief, as other students began to troop in groups. The last set of student to enter was the Class Captain and a new girl.
“You already got approval to begin training after school hours”Josiah said as he sat on his desk before his brother.
“Thanks, but the stress was not needed anyways” Emmanuel replied.
Emmanuel suddenly let out a loud sneeze, that sent a mild force at Josiah, pulling him back a little, which seemed to be unnoticeable.
“Dude are you alright?”Josiah asked and stood up.
“I have headache and I am burning up”He replied and let out another sneeze.
Josiah got closer and knelt down beside him only to see that Emmanuel’s eyes were glowing.
“Your eyes, they are glowing”
“Something is wrong”
Josiah looked around and caught the new girl staring directly at them, even when others were busy with something else. The look she gave looked strange and he was sure it was of no good intentions.
“The new girl, she is strange”Josiah said lowly
Emmanuel stood up, covering his face with his hands cut across, he dashed out of the class while Josiah also tagged along.
A hand suddenly grabbed him by the left wrist, the grip was so tight he had to look at who it was.
“You see I am busy right” Josiah said harshly to the new girl and let go off.
All eyes fell on them, and gradually evolved into murmurs, from every angle.
“He is only getting accustomed to being around people like him, as you already know, he is not from around here” the girl said and let out a wild grin from the corner of her lips.
“Freak”he said and walked out.

Mr. Wura paused for a while, and watched the different reactions happening on the dinning table, he let out a sigh cough and fixed his eyes directly on Emmanuel and next to Josiah.
“How has your power been exhibiting of lately?”he asked and drank from the cup before him.
“Who me?” Ella asked looking up at her father.
“Yes you, your special powers of duping boys” Josiah replied sarcastically.
“Well, only those who are stupid enough to” she replied back harshly.
“And promising them lap dances, and never show up”Josiah replied and let out a loud laughter.
“Enough!!” Mr. Wura ordered and instantly silence fell on them all.
“Emmanuel, what other discoveries have you made about your abilities?”

“Emmanuel, what other discoveries have you made about your abilities?”
Emmanuel let go off his spoon and looked at Josiah with a questioning look and cleared his throat before speaking.
“There is another just like me, in school, same class”Emmanuel said calmly
“And she is weird” Josiah chipped in and continued “On her arrival, he started feeling weird, I heard her whisper to me that she had come for what was rightfully hers”
Mr Wura folded his arms and let out a loud sigh and then faced his wife, who was visible shocked, he knew what her thought were.

“I personally told you not to adopt any kid, we had enough, you see the problem that is coming for us. What was your motive behind this, you refused to tell me and now what? We have to tend to another trouble of someone powerful than him, we have seen the things he can do, how strong he is”Mrs Wura queried her husband who laid on the leather chair in his room, deep in thought.
“When the time is right you would know the reason why I had to bring him into the family, as of now, lets find a way of keeping him safe” Mr. Wura said calmly, trying to bring down the already rising temper of his wife.
“You better find the solution alone”She said and walked out.

The next day at school, but Emmanuel and Josiah arrived earlier than usual to carry out their master plan. Without wasting much time, Josiah raised up his brother’s seat and moved it forward next to his, while Emmanuel raised the desk tagging behind him.
“This should do, brothers should seat together” Josiah said breathing heavily.
“What is this?”a feminine voice asked.
They both turned towards the entrance of the class and saw the new girl standing by the entrance, with her bag on her right hand.
“None of your business, this is brother something” Emmanuel replied harshly
The new girl scoffed and laid her bag on the desk next to her and adjusted her posture before speaking.
“Always like your arrogant father, who died in battle for too much of bravery”She replied and took a step forward. “What do you think you are, a human child, you are as old as age itself, you only look fourteen here” she said and scoffed, letting out a wild grin on her lips.
“You Aztark, are 518 of age, well I am slightly younger, do you remember the night of the Great Storm as people of earth has called it?”she asked and began to walk closer, taking her time to take each step.
“You are the cause or let me say, WE are the cause, your mother wouldn’t let us be together, cause I was caught practicing dark powers, something your mother herself had been involved in, she took it on herself to send me to exile, brought you down here to keep you away, always believed you were special, you are, special with me” She said and slowly tears began to trickle down her cheeks.
“You wield more power with me, come let me show you” she said and got closer.
Josiah intercepted, standing between her and Emmanuel, with a murderous look on his face.
Emmanuel placed his hand on Josiah’s shoulder and moved him away, and the girl advanced, stretched her left hand forward and placed the middle finger on Emmanuel’s forehead.
He let out a soft gasp and began to illuminate, slowly transferring the more energy into him.
The scene was cut short, as she felt repulsion, she gasped and brought down her hand and stared deep into his eyes.
“That is a taste of what it means, and your mother seeing this and what I could do, used the black art as an excuse and sent you down here, framed me and sent me on exile, I was lucky to have found my way down here”

On what seemed like a mountain that went deep into the cloud and above, at the extreme peek stood a lady dressed in white gown, flowing with essence of life and purity in its true form. Her countenance could tell how pure she was, her white silk hair matching perfectly and her body structure blending to suit.
An eagle hovered around her and slowly descended at her back and transformed into a younger lady also dressed in white fluffy gown.
“Mayeta is on earth and has found your son, the prophecy you wished to terminate has now been set on motion and nothing is stopping it this time, cause the gateways out of this realm has been sealed by you and no one not even you have the power to get them open” the lady said in a re-echoing voice.
“I might have been so foolish to have tried ending it, but I am not foolish to know that I have instilled enough ability in my son, to put an end to that witch”
“They were made for each other, your ego just wont let you make your son married to a repentant daughter of a witch, you detest her so much innocent souls now have to pay for you action and you won’t be held accountable. I know you grand plan, you sent you son to earth, knowing fully well Mayeta will find him, to avoid trouble on here, you sealed the gates so they won’t return” the lady behind said with calmness.
“You don’t tell me what to do and what not to, I found this every existence and I will decide how best to protect it, and not even you can lecture me about that, I will go any length to protect my legacy, even if it means destroying the whole of earth”
“You are Almighty I see, but you sure know there is someone greater, in the realm above, you impersonated him, making that faithful Priest see wrong visions about a son protecting earth, your grand plan, I hope it does not take more lives” the girl said and dived down the cliff.
The older woman sighed and watched as the eagle flew into the distance and slowly blended with the wind, completely becoming invisible

CHILDREN FROM THE SILVER CITY
Issue 4
Emmanuel took the left turn immediately he and Josiah had come out of the school gate, so many things were unclear to him and he had to find answers to them, all what the new girl had said were too good to be true, he had thought within himself and for the past two days, no one had seen her.
“Hey where to? That’s not the way home” Josiah said running after Emmanuel who had begun to hasten his steps.
“Stop” Josiah said and grabbed his brother by the left arm. “Where are you off to?”
“There are things I have figure out myself” Emmanuel replied and freed himself from the grip
“No no, not while I am here, you are going nowhere”
“Then try and stop me” Emmanuel replied, which followed by chilled breeze the went deep into Josiah’s body
Josiah moved back two steps, with fright on his face, he gulped and stepped aside
“Just be careful, I will be at the usual spot waiting for you”
Emmanuel lowered his head, grip on his bag and dashed off.

Emmanuel sniffed book with him and continued deep into the bush, gradually approaching tall trees, leaving the open space behind, he continued deep into the woods, stopped at interval and took another deep sniff on the book and continued again. From where he stoop, he saw what looked like an abandoned building afar and jumped down the cliff he stood on. As he approached he loosened his red tie around his neck, and dipped it into his pocket.
He carefully opened the already damaged door and walked into the dusty living room, which was filled with cobwebs on every angle of it. broken picture frames on the floors, dusty tables and chairs.
He heard a creaking noise from the room on the left right and slowly approached it, taking cautious steps and avoiding the broken glasses on the floor.
He pushed the door opened and saw the girl laying on the floor, surrounded by her own blood and looking pale, probably from too much loose of blood. Quickly Emmanuel ran up to her, knelt down beside her, confused about what to do, there was no one he could call, the emergency system was not something one could boast of, even if he had a phone to call.
The girl slowly raised up her right hand, with the few strength she had in her, she grabbed Emmanuel by the collar and pulled him closer to her face and whispered into his ears.
“This is the only way to confirm we are meant for each other, place your hands around me wounds and heal me” she whispered faintly into his ears and dropped down unconscious, probably dead.
Emmanuel gasped and began to breath rapidly, unsure about what to do, he crawled to the left side of her and almost threw up at the horrible sight he saw, the wound went deep into her rib cage, spilling out vital organs.
“This is not what I was expecting” he said, tears already filled in his eyes.
Emmanuel stood up and retreated towards the door, and sniffed, wiped off his drooling nose and walked out of the room.
“I am sorry, there is nothing I can do about it”

THE SILVER CITY
A yellow bright portal opened distance away from the main city, and from it, a man walked out, dressed in bright armour, he removed his head gear, revealing his dark complexion face.
“I thought the gates to earth was closed”a feminine voice said behind him.
Startled, the man halted and slowly turned around and behind him was Halory, the Seer. He smirked and began walking closer to her.
“The atrocities you and All Mother continue to indulge in will bring nothing but tears, you killed the girl, under the order of All Mother, the prophecy she wishes to end, she only works towards the path to fulfil it in her own ignorance, her son will surely be the end of us all”
The man adjusted his arm guard before speaking.
“No one should have seen me, I am sorry I will have to end you here”he said and his arms began to glow, gradually they turned into flames, which spewed out larva from them.
The girl suddenly turned into an eagle and flew towards the man’s face, used it claws to slash his face, so hard it went deep into his skull.
“Bloody witch” the man shouted in pain and shot out larva from his hands towards the bird.
Swiftly dodging it, a yellow portal formed in the sky and swiftly the bird dived into it.

Emmanuel took one last look at the building from the distance he was, he looked up at the sky and from above he saw something crash in through the roof of the building. Quickly he dashed back, running as fast as his legs could carry him towards the house.
He rammed through the door and headed for the room where the girl was laying lifeless. He found her laying still and wondered what had crashed into the building when a cold hand touched him from behind.
Emmanuel turned back sharply only to see an exhausted lady, with green bright eyes.
“Aztark” she called out calmly and hugged him
“Hey, I don’t know you”
“Now is not the time for introductions, you have to heal her first”
“I don’t know how to, did you crash through ?”
“Yes, you still have lot to learn, come place your hands on the wound and your body will react to the rest, only if you both are meant for each other”the lady said and pulled Emmanuel after her.

CHILDREN FROM THE SILVER CITY
ISSUE 5
Mr. Wura paced round the living room, while the children sat on both single leather on the left and right wing of the room, their mother walked into the living room and dropped her purse on the table, looking exhausted.
Her husband looked at her with a questioning look on his face, her facial expression said it all, what she had went after had proved to be in vain.
“We were asked to wait for 24 hours before search can begin for him” She replied and slammed her palms together, and bowed her head in disappointment.
“Wait, who does that, what kind of Police Force do we have in this country, we haven’t seen a child, who is supposed to return back from school by four pm today, and this is” He paused and looked at the wall clock “11: 45”he lamented and faced Josiah who kept mute and looked unbothered.
“Josiah, you both were to return, what happened and don’t tell me you don’t know, you are to look after him”
Josiah stared deep at his father and looked at his mother who also fixed her gaze on him.
“I don’t know where he went, I didn’t see him after school hours”
The door to the living room, slowly came open and Emmanuel walked in, looking dirty and exhausted, blood stain on his school shirt and palms.
“Where are you coming from?” Mr. Wura asked sternly
Mrs. Wura steadily stood up and placed her right palm on her husband’s shoulder, trying to calm him down.
“You made us worried, where have you been?” Mrs. Wura asked
“The Silver City” Emmanuel replied with teary eyes.
A puzzled look cut across everyone’s face, unable to understand what Emmanuel was saying.
“Everything that has been happening, we’ve been made puppets to some greater being, beings from my world” Emmanuel replied and left for his room, leaving everyone puzzled and confused.
“You can’t work out on me, when I am not done with you”Mr. Wura barked and attempted to pull Emmanuel backward, but was held back by his wife.
“He seems to have been through a lot, let him rest and gather himself together, we will wait till morning”She said and let out a short sigh.
“You can both retire to your rooms”

Josiah walked into the room, and laid calmly on his bed, which was directly beside Emmanuel’s. He sighed and turned his head to face Emmanuel, who was lost in thought.
“Dude, what happened with the strange girl?” Josiah asked and moved his blanket over his body.
Emmanuel kept mute for a while, and finally responded
“You wouldn’t understand”
“Well, understanding is divine, try me on this”
“Just focus on what concerns you” Emmanuel replied harshly.
Josiah heaved and turned his body towards the wall, with a feeling of rejection, he covered himself completely with his blanket and moved his hand up towards the wall to pull the bulb switch.
“All visions that were seen, have been false ones, someone is playing god with our parents and the priest from the orphanage home” Emmanuel said.

A loud knock came at the door of the Wura family, Mr. Wura hurried towards the door to answer it, and suddenly, came a loud boom from outside, which shattered the entire door, and threw him off balance.
Both Emmanuel and Josiah leaped off their beds due to the loud bang, they took a quick glance at each other and ran out of their room.
Running down the stairs, Emmanuel jumped off the remains and ran up to his father, who looked lifeless, covered in planks.
A figure walked into the living, a glowing sword on its hands, and wide green wings that forcefully rammed through the remaining frame of the door.

Emmanuel walked forward, taking the very first row, as the vicious winged human walked in, it wings glowing radiantly. He pulled out his sword and Player it easily, the blade slashing easily in the air.

"Who are you and... " Mr Wura shouted, holding tight to an iron rod.

The man flapped his wings heavily, the wind it let out, threw everyone in the room off their feet, except Emmanuel who stood rooted to the ground.

"Hik laz hunan lem" the man said and gritted his teeth

"There is only one way to know if I am tough" Emmanuel replied and moved his shoulders, which in return sprouted out golden shining wings

Almost with speed of light, Emmanuel dashed at man, grabbed him by the waist and rammed him through the wall, right into the sky.

The girls from the Silver City ran into the living room, which was totally disorganized, Mr Wura laying unconscious, except for Emmanuel who struggled to his feet.

"You" Josiah said, as blood trickled down his face.

"My name is Hsfy " The girl said

"How on earth did you pronounce that? It has no vowel" Josiah said trying to get a grasp of the name.

"If I told you the full name, you might run mad, where is Arztak? "

"He is somewhere in the sky"

Immediately both girls elevated into the air, the other transforming into an eagle.

Emmanuel smashed both hands against the face of his opponent grabbed him by the neck and threw him towards the ground.

The man fell hard to the ground, making dust raise into the air, Emmanuel dashed at him, screaming with total annoyance. The man also dashed at Emmanuel, their fist smashed against each other creating a sonic boom that broke the glasses of close building.

He grabbed Emmanuke by the left arm and twisted him over his shoulder, smashed him on the ground and smacked his feet on Emmanuel's face. He heaved loudly and smacked him again on the stomach.

LET HIM GOOOO!!! Hsfy shouted from behind the man, and gave him a hard upper cut, that sent him deep into the sky, bursting through clouds.

"Are you alright?" Hsfy asked as she helped Emmanuel to his feet.

"Amy, what do we do? " Hsfy asked

"I brought the external seal along, I will seal the realms, just try and keep Huruma busy" Amy said and turned into an eagle, and soared into the sky.

Huruma watched as Arztak and Hsfy bolted at him, he let out a wicked grin and maintained his position.

Allowing them enter his space, he suddenly made spears appear before him. Seeing this, Hsfy grabbed Arztak by the right arm, pulled him around and flinged him back while she rammed into the spears.

The spears gracefully found their spots into her body, each coming out from the other side. She fell freely to the ground, Emmanuel flew at her and caught her before she could touch ground.

"Hey, you have to breathe" Arztak said with teary eyes.

"You see, I had to do the necessary, as the child of our goddess, I'll let you live " Huruma said coming to running landing behind Arztak.

Arztak slowly stood up, black smoke oozing out from his arms, his wings quickly transformed and became dark, letting out light smokes also.

"Your mistake" Arztak said and suddenly he had already grabbed Huruma by the neck and snapped it easily and threw his lifeless body like it was paper.

He turned towards Hsfy and touched her forehead, the dark smoke from his arms, began to flow into her nostrils.
She let out a soft gasp and instantly the spears faded

"Come on, you have to leave here" Amy said behind them and walked closer "the gate is sealed, earth is your home, Hsfy, come I have to talk to you in private"

Hsfy slowly stood to her feet and walked closer to Amy, they both walked a reasonable distance before Amy spoke.

"The prophecy is happening as said, the gate are sealed, trapping the evil here on earth, you both are going to destroy this realm and you know it "

Hsfy looked to the sky and back at any before speaking

"Prophecy change don't they? "

"It takes courage and strength and good will to over come that, let him know about every detail" Amy said and turned to leave.

"Where will you go? "

"Far from here, but still close to you" Amy replied and transformed.

Mr. Wura pressed the honk of his car, which drew Emmanuel and Hsfy's attention.

"Come on, we have cleaning up to do and we could use some help"
