Your ability to solve problems. Your wish to break the myth that says you cannot not be an engineer and an artist. You can be an engineer and an artist. A process technician is who we want. You can put together a medical support device (that’s what we do) and know that it will not let the patient down. You can write an app (or learn how to) that will make the clinician’s life a lot easier. If you can put together a phone without a manual and read CAD files - please talk to us. If you understand the possibilities and magic of 3d, please talk to us. If you have a degree, fine. If not, fine too. Its your brain we want.
