Last night, i got an alert from access bank and was debited #9,130.70. It claimed the transaction happens at a POS whereas, I have my card with me. I sent access bank a mail explaining to them what happened but their response didn't shie a sign that I will get my money back. Please what can I do retrieve my money. I didn't make any transaction last night. Below is a screenshot of access bank reply to my complain. What can I do?
