What are the difference between technical indicators and fundamental indicators?

Or are you talking about fundamental analysis?

Fundamental indicators are economic indicators. Your Interest rates, GDP, unemployment rate, retail sales etc are economic indicators. These are the main drivers of the forex currency market.

If the ECB decreases interest rates today, no matter what your harmonics and moving average tell you, EURUSD must trend downward for at least 6 months.

Geopolictal events are also good economic indicators.
We saw what the recent brexit showdown did to the British pound last week. We can see what the emergence of a new Japanese Prime minister is doing to the Yen. We saw how the NZD strengthened for weeks after Zealand recovered from the COVID pandemic and how it declined when the virus resurfaced. We saw how the Australian dollar rallied for months immediately after China recovered from the COVID19 pandemic.

Technical indicators work best when the banks are done with their major activities - during the end of the three sessions and when there is no major geopolitical news. However, daily and weekly key levels are often respected by major investors and smart money.

Sentimental indicators also exist. That's considering the sentiments of retail traders from various brokers, as the forex market is a decentralized one. You may also consider the COT report which in my opinion is a lagging indicator.
