So what was the cost? You didn't answer..... On what basis are you celebrating @60? Let's say the past government dis nothing, what has your current government done in the time they've spent in power? BORROW, BORROW, BORROW. You threaten to put people on the stand to defend their claim... Would there be trust issues if the authorities do their part from the beginning? And you are quick to come on SM to defend your guilty self. Was was the allocation given for time spent designing this glorified failed piece of work? How much was paid for it?
