Surveyors take a fee for this, but it is better to pay them thousand around 50 thousand(less or more) than lose millions of your hard-earned naira.
3. Then the surveyor charts the land with his or her own on-site data.
4. A written report is provided within a week or two
5. Ask for a surveyors recommendations to help you with decision making.
