How feasible is this in Nigeria with no social security number or any way to identify each and every Nigerian, what stops one person from collecting unemployment a thousand times in a month undecided

Rubbish!! What the unemployed need are jobs, not handouts at this time, and we do not have enough now for handouts and developments. We need a government that will commit to serious development of infrastructural basics for the next 4 years, not more of the silly empty promises.
