Please house,does any one have an idea of what first bank pays their cashiers with OND certificates in Awka, i mean contract staff under INSOURCING? I am about striking a deal with them through the help of one man in the system with my OND certificates. I want to know if their salary is 60k as i was told; because my aunt is equally negotiating for a position for me in Airtel. Moreover,are there chances for promotion in the system for contract staff? Please answers to these questions are needed urgently from insiders in the bank. |

I learnt it depends on location. As for Awka, i think it pays between 50-55k. I hope i am not making a mistake? House let's hear your view. |

pay is 55k plus ur overtime will be close to 60k. no promotion 4 nw. just contract but first bank can decide anytime becos they r the owner of insourcing. |
