Shame On You: Nigerian Doctors, Internet Doctors & Drug Stores ( Weight Gain) by Nobody: 4:01am On Sep 19, 2020
For the past 1 year I always eat 7+ times a day but have nothing to show for it; I'm thin. Many times even when I am already satisfied I still force myself to eat. I have tried to contact many internet based doctors & have gone physically to many chemists. There was this foolish chemist man that recommended Hydrac P to me to help with weight gain. I have also sent SMS, calls & whatsapp messages to many doctors (in Nigeria) about this issue but nothing. I tried to call jumia & some online drug stores about this issue but nothing still (if they can recommend any weight gain drugs to me). I have not physically gone to any teaching hospital over this weight gain issue because corona virus started shortly after I tried to do this in february... I wanted to go for my second appointment (I was supposed to go for a test after seeing a dietician)

They keep telling me to increase my calorie intake, drink milk, "top it off", eat more carbonhydrates and eat bla bla bla (which I have been doing for the past 1 year). After doing some research I discovered that some drugs can induce weight gain - Hypertensive drugs were not an option because they have to do with blood & the heart, so it was a no go area for me... so I went for insulin as an option - I read somewhere that Insulin is responsible for Lipogenesis (a type of fat formation in the body). I also plan to take the insulin along with CB-1 weight gain (which I also discovered on my own). Yes I know insulin is for diabetic patients... but what they don't tell you is that it's the overdose of insulin that causes it's side effects such as seizures (and the likes)

I read somewhere that the minimum required dose of insulin for diabetic patients is 100 U.I & the maximum is 500 U.I... so I think a non-diabetic person can take 25 U.I which is half of, half of the minimum dose; this seems very safe to me. What really pissed me off was that I contacted this guy on whatsapp who just ignored me after one or two messages & never bothered to reply me (this is what some of them have been doing to me) - I even tried to flash him. I was very nice to him; was even calling him "sir". I was careful not to tell him anything or make any strange suggestion to him that will make him not to contact me again... he must have done this out of his naivety (I don't think he's a trained health personnel or knows what he is doing)

1 disadvantage of being slim is that you look like a teenager when you are in your late twenties; I remember being asked last year if I was writing UTME exam which hurt my feelings & ego. I have made a personal decision - I know something is obviously wrong with me (I don't have HIV; I've tested negative twice over an 8 month period) - If they will not give me the insulin then I will go get it myself... I also plan to take the insulin along side CB-1 weight gain. I could not find CB-1 in any chemist but I have seen an online store (in Nigeria) where they are selling it N5,000. I will also try & experiment with olanzapine - I read somewhere that olanzapine also induces weight gain (to some extent). If you are a fat person, please feel free to share your story below on how you became the way you are

Its very likely you have hyperthyroidism, you should definitely have your TSH level checked. And stop trying to diagnose and treat yourself from stuff you read online. There are different types of insulins, short, intermediate and long-acting; a doctor will prescribe the correct dose based on your blood A1C level, 6 month daily blood glucose log and your BMI. You should not take insulin just because you want to gain weight this is disastrous. You should not start taking olanzapine which is a psychotic medication used to treat schizophrenia. Both medications can cause drowsiness, a combination of both insulin and olanzepine can be fatal. If you suddenly stop taking olanzepine, your body will go into withdrawal... don't mess around with this stuff. And you need to grow up, you say you are in your late 20s but act like a kid.

It's mostly genetic. Slim people have less CoA enzyme than the fat ones. These are the enzymes responsible for converting fatty acids from the food we eat. I'd advise you look for supplements on it. Not sure how to supplement it though. But things that are genetic are not easy or possible to alter.

Hello sir? All this research you see me carrying out; it's because I'm trying to do self help (I have no one to talk to). If you can remember... I said somebody sold Hydrac P to me in a chemist, to help with weight gain - Meanwhile Hydrac P is used to treat muscle aches, backaches, dental pain & menstrual cramps

I stumbling across "8 Medications That Can Make You Gain Weight" while during my research; That was how I discovered that insulin helps with weight gain. Thanks for all the positive contributions. I'm still waiting for any fat person to explain how they became fat, so I can copy what they did (copy & paste LMAO)

You do realize that "can make you" and "can help you" are two different things right?
Well the things that have plumped me up in the past are chocolates, ice cream and cake, you can try a constant supply of that. You do need to stay away from self prescribed medications though.

Please read everything to the end, because I think I have answers to your problem of weight gain. Please em... you said you eat 7+ times a day; How often do you masturbate? Because it is a hotly debated topic on the internet whether masturbation can lead to weight loss. The truth is that people always play smart by saying that "masturbation" doesn't cause weight loss - but they don't tell you if ejaculation itself can cause weight loss or not... especially when done up to 10 times a day. I will not be the one to tell you that ejaculation causes weight loss - the only thing I will say is that whether it causes weight loss or not, trying to argue about it will never change reality... if you argue from now till tomorrow that 1+1 = 1, it will not change anything... the best thing is to avoid it completely. Personally even though I am not a doctor I think when you ejaculate something has left you. There are millions of other things in your sperm that make your children look like you & can make somebody pregnant; If you keep throwing this type of thing away 10 times a day, shouldn't you expect to have problems with weight gain?

I don't ejaculate 7+ times a day; I don't masturbate either. See... hypersexuality is responsible for masturbation; it is caused by high libido. There are many people out there who masturbate secretly because they have been told that you can stop masturbation by: self control, going for a jugg, abstaining from porn videos, watching DSTV or keeping yourself busy. Think of trying to stop masturbation this way, like trying to fight a spiritual battle with guns instead of juju. Masturbation which is a chemical problem can't be stopped by mechanical means (self control and the likes). You will return to your old ways, after 3 days to 1 week of abstinence. I found that the only way to successfully quit masturbation is by chemical means i.e taking certain drugs... you will also abstain from porn videos. When they admitted me in the ****** (name witheld) hospital for 7 months, I was able to abstain from masturbation & ejaculation during the time - I did not masturbate, even for 1 day. It is not because other patients were in the same ward with me... our bathroom was there for me to do it in secret

Experimenting with olanzepine insulin will just get you dead.

Go and deworm yourself
