In a video posted on Twitter, former National Assembly member, Dino Melaye, taunted the opposition - the All Progressives Congress (APC) - expressing joy over the win of Godwin Obaseki in the just-concluded governorship election in Edo state under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
