Kevin’s death was reported after he had appeared on Dr. Pimple Popper’s show in January 2020. Kevin passed away not long after filming the Episode at 31.

Who was Kevin?
Kevin was born in 1988 to Lonnie Olaeta, and his mother is Terri Jensen; he was a musician and mechanic.

He became famous after appearing on Dr. Pimple Popper with a noticeable cyst on his face that had grown over time, approximately six years he states.

In removing the cyst, Kevin seeks help from Dr. Pimple Popper and Sandra Lee. He was opened about how the cyst makes him feel. He said he uses his long hair to disguise the growth of people.

The cyst had to be surgical remove with success. After the Episode, Kevin appeared with a noticeable smaller jaw size. Before seeking help on the show, Kevin announced that he removed the cyst after about 6 or 7 years on his Instagram page.

Education
Kelvin attended Petaluma High School, about 40 miles to North of San Francisco, and graduated in 2006 before proceeding to the Musicians Institute of Hollywood.

Kevin Olaeta Cause of Death
Kevin died shortly after filming the Episode on May 18, 2019. His mother revealed that he had died peacefully in his sleep of an enlarged heart and tachycardia.

The episode pays tribute to Kevin with “In Loving Memory of Keven Olaeta 1988-2019 credits.
