Skills required
We are looking for talented developers to join our team; ability and commitment is more important than current skill set. Candidates with all levels of experiences will be considered from graduate through to Senior Developer.

Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming (essential)
• Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks (essential)
• Front-end development including JavaScript (desirable, not essential).
• Understanding of Ajax (desirable, not essential).
• Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (desirable, not essential).
• Commercial experience in Web Application development and / or software development (desirable, not essential).
• Some knowledge of the Linux command line (desirable, not essential).
• Creativity and imagination
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
• Must be able to stay on top of advancing internet and computer technology and its effects to the business environment
• Must be thorough and precise in their work
• Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of international web standards and protocols
• Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal
• Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology
