We seek to appoint Web Developers with a high degree of technical competency that will focus on frontend and backend development. The ideal incumbent will be able to operate at a Senior level, be a strong team player, able to work in a deadline driven environment and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Education Qualification & Job Requirements.
• Formal industry certification / diploma / degree specialising in Applications from recognised Institutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of active experience in web programming/software development.
• Not less than 10 previous web sites / Web Applications deployed/developed of which 3 MUST be database application websites in the past 2 years.
• Ability to manage small project teams / previous Project Management skills is required.
• Previous experience on large project such as database driven sites and in b2b portal or an online publishing or social media environment is very important.
• Vast experience in PHP/Microsoft.Net (C#), CMS, .NET 2.0 Skills, Coldfusion, Adobe Suites and MYSQL/SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and related development technologies.
• Skill in use of various Open Source tools such as Joomla, Zend, Drupal, Mootools are added advantage.
• Ability to learn new skills fast.
• Applicant must be able to present previous projects done at Interview.

• Translate business requirements into solutions.
• Take responsibility for application development.
• The ability to drive projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to visualise and architect solutions and communicate this to other team members. A structured approach to design and implementation is very important.
• Actively research new technology.
• Drive technical innovation.
• We would expect this person to mentor other staff members, feed into analysis and project management, and drive development initiatives.
• This person will work on (but not be limited to) PHP/.NET in developing Web-based applications and related application.
