We are in a computer age, most teachers are not computer literate, many state government schools have no computer labs, and most of the teacher’s standard are not upgraded by the government, they have little no access to scholarships and grants. Most teachers in government schools are not giving accommodations, or incentives. Again punishing of student is no more acceptable, most students are so indiscipline and disrespectful making teaching difficult and strenuous, parents encouraging exams malpractices, paying exorbitant amount for it. Many joining the teaching job because of lack of work.
